There are “NO CHARGES TO SIGN UP OR REGISTER”, Registration is absolutely free of cost for all Student/Parents and to have your submitted profile approved. 

On top of HamaraTutor.com, there is a search option. So, please write your requirement and click the 'Search' button to show results.

You can post your requirements absolutely FREE. This will be based on your location, subject & category, class. You can Sign Up for this. By signing you submit your needs. This is simple 2-step procedure:

Yes, registration is mandatory to find the right tutor. It is absolutely free of cost.

At time of tutor registration process, you'll be asked to generate OTP. This is important, so please follow these below mentioned steps for OTP generation.

• Make sure you've written the 10 digit correct mobile number (landline number is not allowed)
• There should not be any prefix like '0', '+91', '91' etc. in the mobile number
• Then click 'Generate OTP'.
• You'll receive a SMS of 6 digit code on your mobile number.
• Write that code in the appropriate box and submit to complete process.

After submitting request, your requirements will be forwarded to our tutors matching their subjects and tuition area. This process may take upto 24 hours, so please keep patience and co-operate with us. After that you may start getting emails or calls from tutors.

Yes , When you submit your tuition requirements to us, than we will provide you 5 contacts details of tutors matching your needs based on location, subject & area. We will send these details to your registered mail id with us & in your student’s account created with us.
If you need more tutor contacts or if you want contact details of those tutor whom you shortlisted by your own than you can Upgrade your account as a premium member for Rs.499 or Rs.999 only.

We would provide you only the tutor’s details and we can’t decide any tuition fees on behalf of any tutor because do not charge any commission from tuition fees. You have to discuss about the fees directly with tutors. This is our business policy.

If you need more tutor contacts or if you want contact details of those tutor whom you shortlisted by your own than you can purchase another details of 10 tutor contacts by paying Rs. 499 or 999 only

Please Sign up or Register as Student first and check how you can view the contact details of tutors:

1. Log in to your Student’s profile.
2. Click on Add to Watch list Menu, click on Add New Tutor in Watch list', Now Add your Shortlisted tutor according to Experience, Area, Qualification suits you.
3. Click on details along with the Tutor Name, details of Tutor will be displayed.

Sorry! We do not provide or we can’t organize any demo class for students, tutors or tutorial centers but you can discuss about this with tutor personally.
HamaraTutor does not schedule any tuition timing. Tutors and tutorial centers reserve the right to fix tuition timings.

TPT does verify email and contact number of all tutors profile so there is less chance for student’s disappointment. If student finds any fake tutor, than they can 'Report Fake' about that tutor, after logging in your account. We'll take necessary step against that tutor.
Reasons to mark FAKE for the TUTOR

• Tutor has taken tuition fees from a student but not giving any classes.
• Tutor is not providing tuition regularly/too much irregular.
• Fixed up tuition as a home tutor, but not willing to go student’s home now.
• Unable to show qualification proof or ID/Address proof, if requested by the student.

Once you create your profile as a basic member. Basic Profile is Free of cost. However if you want to buy Premium Membership than for payment, you can choose the following payment options:

“WE DO NOT CHARGE ANY COMMISSION FROM YOUR TUITION FEES, WHICH HAS BEEN RECIVED BY YOU FROM STUDENTS”. So you need not to pay anything from tuition fees. But you can pay for the Premium membership plan or tuition Runs.

Generally it takes 24 hours to review profiles, and take required action. Once your profile is approved or rejected, you will get a confirmation email. You’ll get a routine verification call from HT Support Team. After successful verification your tutor profile will be activated and therefore you can access your account. So please keep patience and co-operate with us.

Yes, you would get limited tuition enquiry & leads of Students notifications depending upon the availability. As a Basic Member, students can send you message, send callback requests. But if you want to see directly any student’s lead/ Enquiry than you required to subscribe with our Premium Membership or buy Tuition Runs.

In Students job category, Contact details of students have been shown as XXXX@yahoo.com and 97562XXXXX. If you are a premium or paid member then you’ll be able to see these contact details after login your tutor account.

You can make your profile more impressive & unique to the students. Impressive profile will help in getting more tuition enquiries. So you should take care of these following points.

• Firstly Upload your Logo of your Institute
• Upload your Kyc documents, eg. Business Registration, Pan/ Tan no.etc
• Updated your Institute tutoring experience
• Upload positive reviews from previous students, who already taught in yours institute.

Yes, it is necessary to provide complete address for being an institute, so that student can contact you.

If you have forgotten your HT login password, please follow the steps mentioned below:

• Visit the Log in Page of HamaraTutor.
• Click on “Forgot Password”.
• Select your Status as Institute(Option-Tutor/Student /Institute) Provide your registered Email ID and click on “Submit”
• Now check your mailbox for the password recovery Email.
• If you have forgotten both password and your registered Email ID, you can mail us to support@hamaratutor.com

No, you are only eligible to get student’s contact details after choosing your membership type.

You’ll get all available tuition enquiries from your selected city, location, category and subjects, during your subscription period. The total number of tuition enquiry may vary depending upon the availability of leads & depend upon your Membership & Run Balance.

Log in to your institute’s profile to view the list of "Latest Student’s Enquiries ". As soon as you want to see any Student details, a Run will be deducted from the balance. You will be able to view the contact details of the student. Now you can call to Students directly.
Run are required to apply to Students Inquiries that interest you and to see messages sent by students to you

There is no daily limit of getting tuition enquiries and the daily number of tuition enquiry may vary depending upon the available tuitions in selected location, segments and subjects & depend upon your Membership & Run Balance.

Yes, time to time we clean the database and delete those institute' profiles who are inactive, do not comprise with terms of service or do not reply to student's request. To keep you profile active it’s necessary to reply student's mails, comprise with our terms of service, and update your profile time to time.

We can understand your query and give you assurance about the availability of tuition enquiries from your selected location, segments and subjects. We do not refund fees but we can always help you to get more & more student’s leads. So, before choosing a membership type, please go through the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
